What happened to this app?? It used to be awesome, pull up, choose pump and amount and good to go. Then last time I used it, it got stuck on Authorizing my payment, never completed. Now, it is stuck on the opening map page. Yes it's updated and location is permitted. It would be awesome if it would work again. Is it perhaps no longer supported??

Can't enter payment method so the app is a bad joke. The excuse given by the app is always the same: "We are having trouble connecting with our system. Please try again later." Once again, it would appear that script kiddie incompetence has struck again. If you can't enter a payment method then the app is totally useless. Treating debit cards as credit cards also wipes out the additional 10 cents a gallon savings you would normally get.

This is ridiculous. It's so bad. Stays on authorizing forever. Even after my bank notified me of a $1 charge which means it was authorized. Then the pump which never cleared from the last transaction and said ready to fuel suddenly says transaction canceled. I know how to use a gas pump. It's the app. Tried again. And again. And again. Does not work. Also, doesn't connect to your bank for direct pay. Fix this or remove it from Safeways website.
